The Meals on Wheels of Collin County Secret Santa Project is a beloved annual initiative that spreads holiday joy to approximately 2,000 seniors across the county. Each year, seniors who rely on Meals on Wheels are asked what they need or would like for Christmas—whether it’s a warm blanket, essential household items, or simply a heartfelt gift. Many of these seniors may be isolated or living on limited incomes, and the project offers an opportunity to make their holiday season brighter.

Once the seniors’ wish lists are compiled, generous volunteers from the community step up to make these wishes a reality. Volunteers select one or more seniors, shop for the requested gifts, and return the wrapped presents to Meals on Wheels. From there, another group of volunteers helps deliver the gifts directly to the seniors’ homes, ensuring a personal and meaningful touch.
